The Enterprise Edition includes free technical support, including installation, technical consultation, usage guidance, and version upgrades. After purchase, a dedicated staff member will contact you to add WeChat for communication.
Go to the purchase page(opens new window), fill in your serial number, email, version number, company information, and purchase years. Click the "Buy Now" button to pop up a payment QR code. After scanning with WeChat to pay, the system will send the license to your email.
You need to install the software first. After startup, the system will automatically exit, and the serial number will be displayed at the bottom of the logs/dbapi-standalone.log file in the installation directory. Fill in this serial number. For details, please refer to the installation documentation. If you want to purchase first and install later, you can fill in any character temporarily for purchase, and contact customer service to provide the real serial number when you want to install. The backend will activate and send you the real license.
The maximum purchase period allowed by the system is 3 years. If you purchase for 3 years, the license sent by the system will be permanently valid. If you purchase for 1 year, the license sent by the system will be valid for 1 year. If you purchase for 2 years, the license sent by the system will be valid for 2 years.

For cluster edition deployment, each node needs to purchase a license. DBAPI Enterprise Edition price: 1999 yuan/year. For cluster editions, starting from the 2nd node, each node costs 399 yuan/year. If you want to purchase m nodes for n years, the total price is 1999 + 399*(m-1))*n yuan (n<=3). For example, purchasing a 3-node cluster Enterprise Edition for 3 years (3-year purchase gives permanent license), the price is (1999 + 399*2)*3 = 8391 yuan.
